How It Works
A clear roadmap for you and your patient -- initial impressions to final delivery.
RX
Initial Appointment
Select restoration type; take primary impressions. Evaluate if wax rims and custom trays are needed; required for fully edentulous patients.
RX
Bite Registration
Take final impressions in custom trays; midline, vertical dimension, and centric relation recorded. Shade and mould selection documented. Patient photos taken to visual smile line.
LAB
Custom Trays and Wax Rims
Custom tray fabricated; record bases and wax rims created for occlusal registration.
LAB
Tooth Set-Up
Teeth set to prescribed occlusion, midline, and smile line. If proceeding without a try-in, the case is queued directly for processing.
RX
Wax Try-In
Evaluate aesthetics, fit, and phonetics. Select an acrylic shade. Approve for processing or request changes here.
When adequate bite records and photos are provided, this appointment can often be skipped on semi-edentulous, straightforward cases.
LAB
Processing & Finishing
Denture processed, finished, and polished. Rigorous QR inspection before delivery.
Delivery
Denture delivered; occlusal equilibration and pressure points adjustments completed.
Replace Missing Teeth in 1-Step
In 2026, we're making removables more efficient. In a total of two patient visits, we'll replace missing teeth in the following cases:
Partials with a Static and Consistent Bite
Scan or Impression
Submitting accurate records ensures we can properly articulate the case and fabricate a partial with a consistent occlusion and reliable results for your patient.

Digital Submission: Upper arch scan, lower arch scan, and bite scan

Analog Submission: Upper and lower impressions with a bite registration
Immediate Dentures with a Static and Consistent Bite
Scan or Impression
For immediate denture cases where the patient’s existing bite is stable prior to extractions, we can utilize a simplified workflow to fabricate the prosthesis efficiently. We will maintain the patient’s current bite relationship.​

Digital Submission: Upper arch scan, lower arch scan, and bite scan

Analog Submission: Upper and lower impressions with a bite registration
Single-Tooth Flipper or Flexible Nesbit
Scan or Impression
To replace a single missing tooth, bite records may not be required if the remaining teeth occlude as expected from individual scans or models.

Digital Submission: Upper arch scan and lower arch scan; include a bite scan if occlusion is not visible.
​
Analog Submission: Upper and lower impressions with a bite registration. Include a bite scan if occlusion is not visible.
RX
Impression / Scan
PVS impressions or digital scan files submitted with completed RX slip. Include shade selection.
LAB
Fabricate Solution
Create the appliance according to the edentulous data provided.
Delivery
Seated in the mouth.
